National Linguine Day on September 15, 2025, is an annual unofficial holiday that celebrates the long, flat, Italian pasta. The day encourages pasta lovers to enjoy their favorite linguine-based dishes and appreciate this staple of Italian cuisine. National Linguine Day Video
In celebration, student will make pasta from scratch. Please bring the following ingredients: All-purpose flour, Lg eggs, Olive oil, and Salt to make the dough.
We plan to taste different sauces with our freshly made pasta, have a side salad with bread sticks on the side. Students are welcomed to bring additional add-ons if they’d like.
